Refund Policy

Glowvo strives to provide a high-quality experience in all of our services, including video resume creation, career consultation, personal branding, and job search support. This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund and the process for requesting one.

 
General Policy
  • All payments are non-refundable once services have been delivered or work has begun, except as outlined below.
  • Booking a service reserves dedicated time with our team, which may prevent us from accepting other clients during that period.
 
Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  1. Service Cancellation: You cancel your booking at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment and before any project work has begun.
  2. Technical Failure: A confirmed technical issue on Glowvo’s side prevents us from delivering the booked service, and rescheduling is not possible.
  3. Service Unavailability: Glowvo must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances and you do not wish to reschedule.
 
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You cancel (without rebooking) within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment.
  • You miss your scheduled session without prior notice (“no-show”).
  • You fail to complete required pre-appointment tasks (e.g., lighting/sound checks) and the appointment cannot proceed.
  • You are dissatisfied with subjective elements such as style preferences after delivery, unless Glowvo failed to meet agreed-upon deliverables.
  • You purchased a service package and used a portion of it (only unused portions may be credited, at Glowvo’s discretion).
 
Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. In certain cases, Glowvo may offer credit toward future services instead of a monetary refund.

 
Requesting a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email billing@goglowvo.com with your order details, reason for the request, and any supporting documentation.
  2. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
  3. Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 7 business days.
 
Right to Refuse Refunds

Glowvo reserves the right to refuse refunds to clients who misuse our services, violate our Terms & Conditions, or engage in abusive conduct toward our staff.
