Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help or email contact@goglowvo.com. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to purchase our Services. Transactional messages may still be sent if necessary to deliver your service unless you opt out.

4. How We Share Your Information

We will never sell your personal data. We may share information in the following circumstances:

With Service Providers: Video editors, consultants, payment processors, and technical support providers who help deliver our Services. All such providers are contractually bound to use your data only to provide the agreed services and to protect it in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
For Legal Reasons: When required to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
With Your Consent: For example, if you approve the use of your video resume in marketing materials.

5. Data Retention

Video files and related creative assets are retained for 12 months after delivery unless otherwise requested by you in writing.
Personal data not related to video files (such as account details, transaction records, and communication history) is retained for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes, generally no longer than 4 years after your last interaction with Glowvo.

Request correction or deletion of your information
